2008 GA Elections. The presidential election is getting a lot of play in the news right now. However, there are many other important elections to be decided in 2008. Below are the Federal, State, and County offices and judicial positions Hall County voters will see on their ballots this Fall. Remember - to vote in the general election this Fall, you must register by October 6th. The State primary for all of the local races listed below is July 15th. Registration deadline is June 16th.
If you voted in the presidential primary last February - you should be Ok to go. If in doubt, check with the Hall County Elections Office at 2285 Browns Bridge Rd. Gainesville between 8 & 5 M -F. Phone # is 770-531-6945.
Voters must provide a valid government issued photo ID such as a drivers license or passport.
